Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting Cubera’s Annual Investor Meeting in Stockholm, welcoming our investors from twelve countries for a full-day program focused on private markets and private equity.

Our Head of Nordic Private Equity, Johan Nord, participated in DNB Carnegie’s CV Breakfast Seminar in Stockholm. The seminar brought together investors and industry experts for a discussion on continuation vehicles, drawing on lessons from the secondary market and exploring key considerations for CV investors, commercial terms, and how to structure a successful CV process.
